Product & Service cancellation and return policy

You can cancel any order of any product or service with no consequence, within 48 hours of payment by writing an email to tc@dustbowlknives.com titled "order cancellation". Asking to cancel your order - no questions asked.

Product or service orders cancelled after 48 hours of payment will incur a 30% restocking fee.

Shipping is non-refundable for orders that have shipped, and you must pay for shipping the product back.

Returned items must be in the same condition they shipped to you i.e. new, unused, and as packaged. Returned products that are not in said condition will not be refunded.
