Thank you for shopping with Dust Bowl Knives. Every order is handcrafted and carefully packaged by us here in Pryor, Oklahoma. Please read below for everything you need to know about how we ship.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Please note: classes, workshops, and in-person sharpening services are local only and cannot be shipped.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and packaged within 1–3 business days of payment. Because our products are handmade and often one-of-a-kind, we take care to package each piece properly to ensure it arrives safely.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. We select the best carrier for each shipment — which may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx — to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Delivery Times

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to carrier delays or other factors outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

We package every order with care to protect it in transit. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at tc@dustbowlknives.com or (918) 864-7540 and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Knife Shipping Notice

It is your responsibility to ensure that any knife or bladed product you order is legal to own and receive in your state or locality. Dust Bowl Knives is not responsible for orders seized or delayed due to local laws or regulations.
