Scimitar butcher's knife

Hand forged, Scimitar butcher's knife. Perfect for processing large, hanging portions. The blade s o1 high carbon tool steel, 6 1/2" from heel to tip. The handle is had burned maple, 4 1/2" long  overall length is 11".
