Basic Knife Forging Class

Ever wondered what it's like to forge your own knife? We've got you covered! Join our hands-on knife-making class, led by a bladesmith with over 30 years of experience. You'll learn the craft of forging and sharpening a Viking-style belt knife from raw materials and take home your very own handcrafted creation.

What to Expect:

• Dive into the history and practice of bladesmithing.
• Get firsthand experience in forging, grinding, and polishing your own knife.
• Take home the knife you forge!

Class Details:

• When: First Saturday of every month from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
• Where: Our shop in Boatman, OK, just 10 minutes from Salina and 20 minutes from Pryor.
• Price: $500 per participant (includes all materials, tools, coffee, and drinking water).

We offer small class sizes to ensure each participant receives personalized instruction. Spaces are limited, so sign up early to secure your spot!

Important Information:

• Ages: Class is suitable for ages 14 and up. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the entire class.
• Dress Code: Please arrive 10 minutes before class starts, wearing loose-fitting work clothes and work boots. Long hair must be tied back securely with a scrunchie.
• Waiver: Participants and guardians will be required to sign a release before the class begins.
